In English Alphabets, there are 26 letters.
According to Positions, we can give position numbers as 1, 2, 3.............24, 25 and 26 corresponding to letters A, B, C,.......................X, Y and Z. If we reverse the series, we get the number series
26, 25, 24................3, 2 and 1 corresponding to Z, Y, X .........C, B, and A. In this case, to find the position of letter N, we subtract the original position number from (26+1). That is in the reverse position of N from the left
is (27 - 14)th position. i.e., 13th position.

To find the original position of Alphabets, We use the E J O T Y rule.

The original position of R is 18 since O is 15, then R must be 18.
Using E J O T Y rule, we can solve many problems connected with alphabets.

11th letter from the right is P
The letters between P and T are

i.e., Between 2 and 22
The middle number is 25 and the corresponding letter is Y.

18th letter from the left end of the new arrangement is original 22nd letter.
So V is the correct letter.

10. Alphabetical order of the given words :

The word will come at second position
is 'Attain'

Q O M 17 15 13

Except 17 15 13, all others are in the same pattern.
So Q O M does not belong to the group.

12. Using EJOTY, putting numbers,

P N K I -- 16 14 11 9
R P N L -- 18 16 14 12
G E C A -- 7 5 3 1
It is clear that except P N K I, all other having 2 as the common difference between two successive letters.

13. Using EJOTY, putting numbers,
C X - 3 24 ; 3 + 24 = 27
P J - 16 11 ; 16 + 11 = 27
F V - 6 22 ; 6 + 22 = 28
I R - 9 18 ; 9 + 18 = 27
C is third letter from the left
X is the third letter from the right.
Likewise P J and I R. But F V is not the the case which is odd man out.

14. Using EJOTY, putting numbers,
V - 22 R - 18 -> 22+18 = 40
N - 14 I - 9 -> 14+9 = 23
P - 16 L - 12 -> 16+12 = 28
G - 7 E - 5 -> 7+5 = 12
Evidently G 13 E is the odd man out.

15. Using EJOTY, putting numbers,
E j O -> 5 10 15
I n S -> 9 14 19
G i Q -> 7 11 17
K p U -> 11 16 21

Except G i Q, all are same in the way that the successive numbers' for letters, difference is same.
